Any chance of adding a comparison for paks to see if an asset has been modified after an update?

You can compile this yourself https://github.com/Masusder/FModel/tree/feature/build-diff-viewer although it's a bit outdated at this point
Answering your question, it's not planned to be included officially as it requires drastic changes in how core of FModel is designed
