Remove Ubuntu naming.

The Ubuntu nomenclature is present in the system. For example, in the system startup and system settings (Ubuntu Desktop). As shown in the image below.

If possible, change the name to Anduin in the system startup and GNOME settings. For example, change Ubuntu desktop to Anduin desktop.

Nice issue. I also heard this issue. But put low priority. Will investigate later.
