When navigating the OSH Connect section of the OpenSensorHub website, I found that the Python library was severely outdated, by at least a year, and included importing files that no longer exist in the current version of this library.

Plan:
- Update the docs to the current version, found in the website, converting from .rst to .md
- Update the docs with problems I have encountered and solutions I found to fix those problems.
