Updating OSH Node Python Docs for website #11

Description

@eric-ott

When navigating the OSH Connect section of the OpenSensorHub website, I found that the Python library was severely outdated, by at least a year, and included importing files that no longer exist in the current version of this library.

After connecting my node to this website, I was able to learn how the documentation works, as well as identify points during the installation process that I had trouble getting to work.

Plan:

  1. Update the docs to the current version, found in the website, converting from .rst to .md
  2. Update the docs with problems I have encountered and solutions I found to fix those problems.
