macOS Desktop shows “Inspect Element” context menu when Cap is running #1525

Description

Description

When Cap is launched on macOS, the Desktop/Finder becomes unresponsive to normal mouse input. Right-clicking on the Desktop shows a WebKit-style “Inspect Element” menu instead of the Finder context menu.

This occurs immediately on launch, even when Cap is not recording. Quitting Cap instantly restores normal behavior. Relaunching Cap reproduces the issue.

This appears related to Accessibility / Input Monitoring hooks not being released correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Cap
2. Right-click on the macOS Desktop

Expected
• Normal Finder/Desktop context menu

Actual
• “Inspect Element” (WebKit devtools menu)
• Desktop/Finder input behaves incorrectly
• Issue disappears when Cap is quit

Reproducibility
• 100% reproducible
• Fixes immediately on quitting Cap
• Reappears on relaunch

Environment
• Cap: 0.4.4
• macOS: 26.2 (25C56)
• Hardware: Apple M1 Pro
• Installed via: Homebrew cask
