Cap.app hangs on launch

Description

When I double click on the Cap.app application it opens a window, I can hear the music but I cannot click on the "Get Started" button. I have to alt-tab to the Cap.app app and Ctrl-Q it to stop, otherwise my entire desktop is locked up by it running.

Reproduction

Launch the app and it happens immediately.
