Missing schema

Getting an error with the latest version

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught JsonSchema\Exception\ResourceNotFoundException: file_get_contents(file:///code/vendor/devizzent/cebe-php-openapi/schemas/openapi-v3.1.json): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /code/vendor/justinrainbow/json-schema/src/JsonSchema/Uri/Retrievers/FileGetContents.php:38

I think that's because schemas folder was added to gitattributes 2612cf7#diff-618cd5b83d62060ba3d027e314a21ceaf75d36067ff820db126642944145393eR2

I confirm the behavior on my side. The solution was to downgrade to v1.1.2. However, we need to drop the v1.1.3 release to avoid keeping this issue.
