Upgrade Orejime dependency to v3 (manual migration required)

Orejime v3.0.0 has been available since Feb 25, 2025. Updating via Dependabot is not possible due to breaking changes, so manual intervention is required

Update Orejime to v3. This requires a manual update, including adapting configuration, imports, and handling any additional code changes.

Describe alternatives or workarounds you've considered

Continue using the current version, but this is not ideal due to missing updates and potential long-term incompatibilities. I couldn't find any information on how long v2 will be supported.
