When uploading a new bitstream via new "Edit" menu, bitstream is not displayed until reload

Describe the bug

This issue was found during testing of #5145, the PR which adds this new "Edit" menu (via submission form).

If you use the new Edit (via form) menu to modify an existing Item, and then upload a new Bitstream, then the new Bitstream will not be displayed on the Item's page until you reload the page. This appears to be a caching issue in the UI.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Modify any archived Item or Entity using the new "Edit" menu
2. On the Edit Form, upload a new Bitstream to this Item or Entity. Click "Save and Return"
3. You will be back on the Item/Entity page, but the newly uploaded Bitstream will NOT appear.
4. Now, reload the page in your browser window and the newly uploaded Bitstream will appear.

Expected behavior

Obviously, any newly uploaded Bitstreams should appear immediately on the Item page.

Hi @tdonohue , this should have been already fixed as part of #5145, in specific with the following commit: bca2d61 .

Thanks for the note, @FrancescoMolinaro ! I didn't realize this was already fixed.

I've retested main right now and I've verified this bug no longer occurs. Closing as fixed in 10.0
