Streak Not Showing up in the Readme.md

The streak menu is not showing up in the Github main page even after following the steps which is mentioned in the Repo. It's been long time, it is not showing up properly.

it seem also not showing the highest continuous streak correctly, just simply randomly shows starting date of streak!
