Nvidia Shield Pro: Screen tearing with 1080p resolution

Describe the bug(详细描述问题)
On my Nvidia Shield Pro I tried setting the resolution to 1080p as the default 720p is not so nice to look at.

After doing so I ran Diablo 2 Resurrected from xCloud and noticed screen tearing in the lower third of the screen. It looks like someone teared off the complete lower third of the screen and repositioned it about a centimeter off.

This is 100% happening and can be solved by lowering the resolution to its initial setting.

I don't play other games and made sure to clear the cache on the device.
