Bug Description

Hi,

We are testing PSC auto DNS a recent release however old DNS is resolving.

2026/08/21 10:52:06 [wrk-pep-wrk01-svp-03931f:europe-west2:ew2-wrk-pep-wrk01-svp-sqp-pscauto] failed to connect to instance: dial error: failed to dial (connection name = "wrk-pep-wrk01-svp-03931f:europe-west2:ew2-wrk-pep-wrk01-svp-sqp-pscauto"): dial tcp: lookup x2xe2e9c000f.2n1kkjqyyxxji.europe-west2.sql.goog: no such host

Using cloud-sql-proxy version 2.25.2
