Use PipeReader and SequenceReader over Stream

Hi, any scheduled plan to have this library work using PipeReader and SequenceReader and PipeWriter?
Im looking for performance enhancements moving from TcpClient to Socket and PipeReader

(I don't thing a SequenceReader can be transformed to return a Stream)

Nothing scheduled, no.

Are you parsing a particularly large payload? Is that why you think using pipes would be beneficial in your scenario? Can you expand on your scenario? Anything you can share (like the payload you receive for instance) to help understanding your scenario?

Sure, I'm transfering video clips to a video server and TcpClient is kinda slow with lots of overhead. PipeReader seems faster and easier.
I'll look at the code and see if I can add a PipeReader version (albeit not short term)
