BUG - no SWAPI alpha-sw after 5/30

Description of the issue

There are no swapi_l3a_alpha-sw after 5/30, and no jobs (failed/succeeded/in progress) with those start dates. proton-sw and pui-he are fine. Only difference is that alphas now require the magnetic field, and there are no l1d after 5/30. So there's our root cause. Leaving this open so we make sure to fill in the gaps once mag is done.

Steps to reproduce the issue

imap-data-access query --version latest --instrument swapi --data-level l3a --descriptor alpha-sw --start-date 20260531
