Link to installation has incorrect sublink

There is a link to installation instructions that has the dpctl name within it:

The text dpctl in that link contains its own link to the main page of DPCTL. Hence, one is only directed to the installation instructions if clicking on the word 'Installing', but not if clicking on the word 'dpctl'.
