CPU issues remain in 3.17.1

Expected Behaviour

That, especially with no lua file opened, the extension does not create high CPU usage.

Actual Behaviour

By deactivating/reactivating every extension, i found that this Lua extension is driving the CPU load high in the process: "Cursor Helper (Plugin): extension-host [1-1]" even without any lua file opened.

Reproduction steps

1. Install lua extension in Cursor
2. Restart Cursor
3. See CPU loads go over 100%

Cursor version: 2.4.20

scratch that, wasn't Lua after all
