Create a configuration setting for a list of allowed remote AI models

In the ai-autograding-feedback module for the RemoteModel option, make a configuration setting on MarkUs Autotesting side that allows a list of remote AI models to be used, essentially a whitelist. This would be specifically for the remote_url variable found in RemoteModel class.
