grouping-characters.yml is not included in release 10.0.0 source files

The file grouping-characters.yml is not included in the released source code, so testing it fails (due to test_grouping.py).

I've added testing to the AUR package since a few versions ago. Since this should be easy to fix, I'll wait for it to update the package to 10.0.0.
