Ignore generated `.next` folder

skip any folder that has the name .next which is generated from nextjs.

@sakshamgoyal-01 semble respects your projects .gitignore by default. Any next.js project would have that in there afaik, looking at the default one on GitHub for example I see it's in there: https://github.com/github/gitignore/blob/main/Nextjs.gitignore#L12. The ones we ignore by default are mostly a fallback. Is there a specific reason you think it should be added to the default/fallback dirs?

Hey @Alexanderdunlop,

Could you elaborate? Are you referring to the model saying it should read the next docs? If so, that's not on us, but probably something in next itself.

We can add .next to the default ignores folders, but I'm assuming this is something everyone would add to their .gitignore anyway. Do you have evidence that the model is indexing .next even when added to .gitignore? If so, then that's a bug.
