Havana - Pursue Jericho - game breaking edge case / bug

Describe the bug
In mission "Pursue Jericho", if the last hit you do on the enemy car also gets your car to 100% damage, you will automatically fail the next part of the mission without the ability to get out of the car or otherwise continue the mission.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start mission Pursue Jericho in Havana
2. In the part where you have to damage the enemy car, the last hit you do has to damage your car to 100% and damage the enemy car enough to win this part of the mission
3. Next part of the mission starts
4. You automatically fail because your car is at 100% damage

Expected behavior
Car is not 100% damaged OR I can get out of the car and take another OR any other way to continue the mission.
