Membership of nested teams affect membership of parent teams

For example:

P:

    - typed-sigterm

After running, I'm in C, but not directly in P. Maybe github-org-manager detects I inherit the membership of P from C. However, this does not align with the semantics of the manifest and teams page shows P has "0 member 1 teams".

When running the shown configuration, your user should be direct member of both teams. If not, that's a bug.

But yes, a parent team can be empty while the child team is not. IIRC, github-org-manager does not implicitly inherit memberships.

Overriding role of organisation owner 'typed-sigterm' to maintainer
