General FAQ should mention how block daemon from checking for updates

Currently, the daemon doesn't support not checking for updates, so users would have to disable internet access for the daemon via a firewall or similar. See OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver#3170

After a quick glance I don't think the daemon is doing any auto-updates itself, but a client application (e.g. the GUI) might use it to look for updates, as the daemon does have an interface function declaration for checking for and installing updates. I feel like it'd be better to refer users to disabling update checks in the GUI (currently --skipupdate command line flag).
