Release links are broken if latest release is not what's defined on website

Links currently point to e.g.

https://github.com/OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver/releases/latest/download/opentabletdriver-0.6.5.1-1-x64.deb

Instead they should point to the versioned release, e.g.:

https://github.com/OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver/releases/download/v0.6.5.1/opentabletdriver-0.6.5.1-1-x64.deb

This likely needs fixing should we want to do pre-releases on github.

I don't have the documentation handy right now, but IIRC pre-releases do not count as a "latest release" and as such I don't think this concern needs addressing directly.
