Compatibility with Julia 1.0 and above.

I would like to use PETSc for my research in Julia. However, I discovered it was not compatible with Julia 1.0. Is it possible to make it compatible with the new version of Julia?

Probably this project is not useful for you as is, but you can use it as an example or adapt it.
