Make use of the Organisations: Close Account api and +addressing

Could the create account and close account api in organisations be made use of insead of nuking resources and reuse? - or have this as an option

My take is that AWS don't support this sort of usage, they say e.g. on the page you linked, "Deleted and closed accounts still count toward your limit."

Also I think one may hit the non-configurable hard limit of 3 Member accounts you can concurrently close
