Demon Harpy debuff is currently unaccounted for as a support Spectre.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Demon Harpy's Screech debuff for Increased Physical Damage Taken to be a configurable debuff (1 - 20 stacks) which cause 3% increased physical damage taken.
I don't believe it is possible to hit maximum stacks with a single spectre as the debuff only lasts 4s and it's on a 9s cooldown.

This has a lot of the original details as the debuff itself no longer lists the amount of increased physical damage taken per stack.
