A unified feed of recent completions, status changes, and key milestones across all Percona product teams. Designed to replace scattered Slack updates and standup channels as the single source of cross-team awareness.
User Stories
- As any Percona engineer, I want to ask "What shipped this week?" and see completions across all teams.
- As a PM, I want to ask "Any blockers on PostgreSQL right now?" and get a current answer.
- As a leader, I want a weekly digest of what moved across the org without reading every Slack channel.
Data Source
Jira (already live via Claude MCP connection). Specifically: recently resolved issues, status transitions, and sprint completions.
Report Contents
- Recently completed items across all teams (last 7/14/30 days, configurable)
- Grouped by team/product line
- Key milestone completions highlighted
- New blockers surfaced
- Natural language queryable: "What did Operators ship last sprint?", "What's new in PMM this month?"
Acceptance Criteria
- User can ask "What shipped this week across Percona?" and get a cross-team feed
- Shows recently resolved Jira issues grouped by team
- Filterable by team, date range, and issue type
- Milestone completions are highlighted
- Can answer targeted questions like "What did Operators ship last sprint?"
