What

Create a root-level requirements.psd1 that pulls build dependencies:

  • psake (latest)
  • Pester (5.x)
  • PSScriptAnalyzer (latest)
  • BuildHelpers (latest)

Why

Dogfoods PSDepend in its own build pipeline. Also makes local setup a one-liner: Invoke-PSDepend -Install
