Duplicates

Hello,

I would like to know more about duplicate events.
If an event is a duplicate the operator needs to assign it as a duplicate ok, after he does that the ticket in Jira is closed?
Because currently we have tickets opening for every entry. I would want to identify duplicates before they are created in Jira.

Do you have suggestions on how to do this?

Hi @odnanref, yes, the Jira issue for an observation is closed, after setting the status Duplicate. But there is no way at the moment, to prevent creating Jira tickets for potential duplicates.
