Enable Rotation Controls for Clipping Planes

Based on multiple community requests, It would be highly beneficial to add rotation support (UI transform controls) for clipping planes, so that users can create angled and diagonal sections without relying on custom code or workarounds.

Made a getter for the controls of the clipping plane, this should solve it:

const plane = await clipper.create(world);
plane.controls.setMode("rotate");
