WSL Issues

As stated in Linkedin, I have been meaning to create a bug report.

I am running this WSL (Ubunuti 22.04.05 LTS)

• Download Updates
  Results in "All updates downloaded and database updated successfully!"
  Relaunch of application never applies the update

I have just updated to 0.4.6. Still having this issue with and without running as sudo.
