[VFP] SYSMETRIC() returns incorrect values for some elements

The SYSMETRIC function returns incorrect values.
For example, SYSMETRIC(1) returns 1936 (VFP: 1920) for the screen width, and SYSMETRIC(2) returns 1048 (VFP: 1080) for the screen height.

Will need further info for other SYSMETRIC() elements that may give incorrect results.

For values 1 and 2 (Screen width/height), this is because we are currently using SystemInformation.PrimaryMonitorMaximizedWindowSize.Width/Height to get the info, but this does not return the actual screen width/height. Only way I have found to truly get the correct info is by using GetDeviceCaps():

Note that the constant DESKTOP_HORZRES gives the real screen resolution, while HORZRES gives the logical resolution (depends on the scaling used in Windows settings). Not sure which one FoxPro returns, but I suspect it's the real screen resolution.
