Integrating into Rimworld Developer Plugin

Hey Zetrith! I noticed that this plugin isn't in active development anymore and supporting plugins for Rider can be a bit of a PITA. If you're not against it, I was planning on taking this plugin and folding it into the Rimworld Development Environment plugin and keeping it maintained there. I wanted to reach out and see if this would be an issue before I started.
