API Key Creation Allowed for (Keplr Wallet) Accounts

Currently, users who sign up using a Keplr wallet (without completing credit card verification) are able to generate API keys.

However, these API keys are non-functional since the account is not verified via credit card payment.

Once after refresh the api keys are disappering

instead there shoun't be an option to show API KEY in menu

Expected Behavior

API key creation should be restricted only to accounts that have completed credit card verification.

Impact
Creates confusion for users (API key generated but unusable)
