一直failed to fetch，而且回答问题一直卡、无法输出

每次重启桌面端，就最多只能问一个问题。问了一个问题后，就会一直在思考，无法结束。
然后如果继续问问题，就显示failed to fetch，不能继续问问题了。
自从昨天晚上开始的，我重新下载了几个版本的，也没解决。
不知道是不是因为插件的问题，前天我下载了oh-my-opencode插件，但是我删除了后也没用
