Add code examples for compute function min/max/min_max

The examples are missing in most compute functions, IMHO, we can add more examples to improve the documentation

Hi, I would like to contribute to this documentation enhancement.

I can add simple Python examples for min, max, and min_max in the
pyarrow.compute documentation, showing usage with arrays and expected outputs.
This should help new users understand the functions better.

Hi @goldigd05, unfortunately there is already a PR with the proposed examples: #48648.

Would be happy to see other kernels having code examples too, so contributions for other parts are more than welcome! (https://arrow.apache.org/docs/dev/python/api/compute.html#)
