Don't touch my INPUT.json file when executing apify run command

Everytime i run `apify run` command, it changes INPUT.json file and its so annoying and sometimes even if i paste new contents to it, it reverts back to old content because of this auto modifications. It is so annoying.

Why do you want to touch INPUT file anyways. I don't want prettify INPUT json feature
