BUG: Product menu remains in active (red) state after dropdown is closed

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Open https://appwrite.io
2. Click on "Product" in the top navigation
3. Click on "Product" again to close the dropdown
4. Move the mouse away from the Product menu item

👍 Expected behavior

Once the dropdown is closed and focus is removed, the Product menu item
should return to its default (non-active) color.

👎 Actual Behavior

The Product menu item remains red, which makes it appear active even
though the dropdown is closed.

This issue is observed on the Appwrite marketing website (https://appwrite.io).
I am not running a self-hosted Appwrite instance and I am not using any Appwrite SDK.
The issue occurs in the browser while interacting with the website navigation.
No custom environment or configuration is involved.

Root Cause:
The button's active state styling wasn't properly clearing when the dropdown closed due to CSS specificity issues.

Solution:
I've updated the class logic in ProductsSubmenu.svelte to use !text-accent for proper specificity and added smooth transitions.

No worries at all about the overlap — it happens. I have also opened a PR focusing on focus-visible handling and state cleanup from a slightly different angle.
