Best way to dynamically set configs.cm.url when exposing Argo CD via IP?

Hi everyone,

I'm using the Argo CD Helm chart (version 7.8.28) to deploy Argo CD, and I'm exposing the argocd-server service via an IP address (not a DNS name).

To make logout redirects work correctly, I had to explicitly set:

configs:
  cm:
    url: http://<EXTERNAL_IP>/argocd

This works fine, but it requires me to manually retrieve the IP and port before installing or patching the config.

Is this the recommended/only way to do it? Or is there a more dynamic or declarative way to configure configs.cm.url ?

Any advice or best practices for this scenario would be appreciated!
