Adding a DTO

It is very difficult to interact with the responses, since they actually return JSON objects from the API. It would be nice to use something like dataclass or TypedDict. The ideal option is pydantic.

Actually it's great idea.

Only one problem how to implement without break for existing behaviour.

I created a builder that gets serialized into JSON and then passed to the create_ticket function.
The idea is to give users a new way to build tasks/bugs while still maintaining compatibility with the existing approach.
