Timestamp conversion to human readable format

Hello,

I am trying to convert the timestamps that we get from, e.g., the raw IQ file, to a UNIX timestamp or a human-readable datetime object. The docs say that it is in nanoseconds. This makes sense since I get an estimated FPS of 15, when computing the difference between the timestamps, which aligns with the reported FPS in the .yml file. However, when trying to get a DateTime object from this, I do not get any reasonable values out of it (e.g. UNIX time converter). How can I obtain this value? We do need it to sync the acquisition with another acquisition that we are performing. Thanks for your help.

Hello the timestamps generated by the probe do not relate to any particular point in time like the UNIX epoch, they only represent the length of time between frames. Using your own timestamping method when receiving frames should still be quite precise (ie. < few ms lag).

Hello, thanks for the info. We are trying to obtain the IQ data for the color Doppler mode with a timestamp. Is there any method to obtain this data within a callback? If I understand it correctly, the newSpectrumImage callback is only for PW Doppler images. If there is no callback, is there any other method to obtain an accurate timestamp for the first frame (with milliseconds)?

IQ is not available to be streamed, just bundled into the compressed files. these files contain the timestamps as well.
