Even when trying to open a normal CR so not passing STD_CR_TEMPLATE gives an error
Failed to run workflow template Unable to run Workflow Template. Fix the errors and try again; cause: HttpException: templates.sn-open-cr-hook.tasks.create-sn-cr templates.createcr inputs.parameters.STD_CR_TEMPLATE was not supplied
