Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click "Terminal" > "New Terminal Window" in the menu
  2. The menu item is missing in the upper-right corner of the new terminal window

In the desktop version of VSCode, there is a menu item in the upper-right corner of the new terminal window

Expected

Click “Terminal” > “New Terminal Window” in the menu, there should be a menu item in the upper-right corner of the new terminal window

Actual

Click "Terminal" > "New Terminal Window" in the menu; The menu item is missing in the upper-right corner of the new terminal window
