Describe the bug
On the subscription page (https://www.codewars.com/subscription), clicking the "Sign Up" buttons for any of the Codewars Red plans (Monthly, Annual, Semi-annual) does nothing when the user is not logged in. There is no redirect to the registration page and no feedback provided to the user.

Errors displayed in the Chrome console when I click on the "sign up" buttons:
To Reproduce
- Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode or log out of your Codewars account
- Go to https://www.codewars.com/subscription.
- Click on any of the red "Sign Up" buttons under the pricing tiers.
Expected behavior
Since the user is unauthenticated, they should be redirected to the signin page (https://www.codewars.com/users/sign_in)
