unique Output::Type when directive is used in macro parameter

currently cppcheck reports syntaxError when directives are used in macro parameters.

it would clarify the output if a unique error id is used

Some people are questioning these warnings thinking it's a Cppcheck bug, I want to add documentation for this specific warning.

I also want to be able to map these warnings to specific misra/cert rules in Cppcheck Premium.

Yes, all syntaxError need to be reviewed as they might be misnomers. But I think I took care of most of them already.
