Recents do not work correctly after unlocking the device

Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Open any app(s).
Step 2. Go to Recents.
Step 3. Lock device.
Step 4. Unlock device.

can confirm but not after unlocking device, this happens randomly for me

happening even on googles stock rom running on pixel
is indeed random
will close this as this is upstream issue
