Feat: Show Dashboard for Bodiversity Data

In the config.json, a new layer will be added containing indicators for charts. Basically they will be available in a specific layer
inventaire_chart.
The indicators key wll be exactly the same as for the popup, only the number will change.
For now, the year information is not available. So line charts are not required.
Only the radar chart is can be displayed for now, reusing the already existing component.

Benef / Temoin are a type of placette / plot, so there will be 2 indicators per data point for the radar.
Benef / Temoin dichotomy can be removed from the popup view.

Also find a way to show popover / dialog on the map and allow interactions while it is displayed

[UPDATE] For now it is not clear how we will configure and pass chartData to the front, so I porpose for this ticket to compute the means of indicators in the frontend while waiting for a better solution.

To compute dashboard data, we need to compute the mean of each indicators grouped by 4 field values :

• year
• project
• stratum (forest in the case of biodiversity data, village in the case of socio-eco data)
• Type of beneficiary (control vs others)

Also the mean needs to be wieghted according to the 'Mh' field available in the external data (meteo source for biodiversity data, menage_ext for socio-eco data)

The standard deviation also needs to be computed. The formulas are available in the second tabular (around the column 'R' in the referential file here

The type of smapling needs to be taken into account. For now I think we only have MRP sampling (SRS only means unweighted mean and standard deviation, usually for control data).

All of this will be computed in the frontend for now, and we will think about a better way to handle the data later.
