How do i echo / display mycli setting variable?

How do i echo / display mycli setting? i.e. I set key_bindings to vi, how can i now inspect what key_bindings is set to?

Hi! This was always a good idea, but it got lost in the shuffle when we accumulated a large backlog of Issues. I'm working on it in #2112 .
