new error page and redirect for archived articles

that's a tricky one :-) 

1. by default Dotkernel Light have only 2 error headers and template: 404 and 500
2. create a new template page , `410 Gone`
3. a content like " the content was missleading and old and obsolete so we removed it "
4. all archived blog posts URL will generate 410
