In readme, please clarify what req.cookies and req.signedCookies will be when no cookies are received.

I'd assume they will be {}.
I'd prefer false.
I hope it's not undefined.
In either case, I'd want to know from reading the readme, so I don't have to download the package and set up a minimal express server just to figure it out.
