Update Jiter to 0.10 or higher #44

What is the problem or limitation you are having?
OpenAI's SDK requires jiter>=0.10 which causes failures on android:
[01:39:49] ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement
jiter<1,>=0.10.0 (from openai) (from versions: 0.8.2)

ERROR: No matching distribution found for jiter<1,>=0.10.0
Describe the solution you'd like
Make a later version available so that it's easier to develop mobile apps using Flet and the latest OpenAI SDK.
Describe alternatives you've considered
You can downgrade to an older version of the SDK that doesn't depend on jiter but this means one misses out on the latest functionalities that all the boys and girls in the yard want.
